Community Guidelines
Last updated: 16 June 2026· Governing law: England & Wales
The behaviour we expect across the Vardoxen website, Discord server, and community spaces. These guidelines form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Be respectful
Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, stalking, and targeted abuse are not allowed. This includes discrimination or hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not post, share, or link to:
- Anything illegal under the law of England & Wales, including priority illegal content and other harmful content under the Online Safety Act 2023.
- Child sexual abuse material, content that sexualises minors, terrorism or violent extremism, incitement to violence, and intimate-image (“revenge porn”) abuse.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, fraudulent financial promotions, or the sale of illegal or regulated goods.
- Doxxing or sharing other people's private or personal information without consent.
- Pornographic or graphic sexual content, and gratuitously violent, gory, or shocking content.
- Content that encourages or instructs self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Spam, scams, mass unsolicited messaging, and deliberate evasion of moderation or bans.
- Impersonation of Vardoxen, our team, or any other person or organisation.
3. Protecting younger users
The community is for users aged 13 and over. Content that is harmful to children, and any attempt to contact, groom, or exploit a minor, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
4. Submissions and sensitive content
The submissions board and stream segment are for fun. Keep submissions light and do not post graphic, traumatic, self-harm, abuse, or crisis content. Responses from the streamer or community may include opinions or advice, but these are not professional advice and are not a substitute for qualified help. If you are struggling with a serious matter, please contact a qualified professional or an appropriate support line or emergency service.
5. Fair play
Do not use alternate accounts to gain an advantage in giveaways, to inflate support, or to evade blocks, bans, or moderation. Entries, rewards, roles, or recognition obtained by breaking the rules may be removed.
6. Consequences
Where these guidelines are broken, we may remove content, issue a warning, apply a timeout, restrict features, or block or terminate accounts, depending on the seriousness and history of the behaviour. Serious or illegal conduct may be reported to Discord or to law enforcement. We aim to act proportionately and consistently.
7. Reporting and appeals
Please report content or behaviour that breaks these rules so we can act on it, using the report tools where available or our contact page. We review reports and take action in line with our duties under the Online Safety Act 2023. If you believe a moderation decision about you was wrong, you can submit one appeal and one re-review through our appeals route.
8. Changes
We may update these guidelines from time to time; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
